CORR-SPAN buildings are constructed with our engineered panel system, eliminating the need for structural steel. This unique system allows us to offer low cost, energy efficient solutions.

Our buildings can offer obstruction-free spans of up to 100 m (328’) completely independent of structural elements such as columns and rafters. This provides our customers with unparalleled flexibility.

The lack of structural steel helps give our buildings an insulation advantage. Inexpensive batt insulation is installed easily to the interior with insulation supports, which minimize energy loss caused by thermal bridging.  The wall system also accepts a variety of types of insulation from spray-on to strapping and batts.


Energy Saving Benefits

Clean Ceiling & Attic System

Natural ceiling providing a bright clean interior allows for fewer light units and lower energy bills.  Natural ceiling means no exposed roof trusses, while providing a bright clean interior with high reflectivity.  This allows for a reduction in the lighting requirements resulting in reduced energy cost.  Our obstruction-free interiors offer easy climate control. That energy efficiency delivers lower operating costs for our customers.

The attic cavity can easily accommodate inexpensive, blown-in insulation with an R-Value up to R60 which offers excellent protection against extreme heat or cold. Additionally, the ventilated attic helps deliver lower energy bills and eliminates the risk of wet, saturated insulation.

Foundation & Erection Process

Wall system uniformly transfers the load to the foundation eliminating expensive heavy foundations, piers and columns, found with other buildings methods, and no heavy lifting equipment is required since there is no structural steel.
